REX90 and REX Universe are educational programs. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the materials for the duration of your program. You may not share login credentials, redistribute lessons, templates, or recordings, or resell any part of the curriculum.
The results described on this site are real outcomes achieved by specific agents. They are not typical, promised, or guaranteed. Your results depend on your market, your effort, and your consistency in implementing the material. Nothing here should be taken as financial, legal, or tax advice.
Program fees are charged at checkout through our payment processor. Physical products, including the 90 Day Blueprint workbook, ship after payment clears. If you have a concern about a purchase, contact us directly and we will work with you in good faith.
All curriculum, frameworks, templates, recordings, and written material remain the property of McLay Sales Consulting. You may use them in your own business; you may not teach, license, or republish them as your own.
We may update these terms as our programs evolve. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We collect only what we need to run our programs and stay in touch with the agents we work with. We do not sell your personal information.
Contact details you give us when booking a call, enrolling, or purchasing — name, email, phone number, and, for physical shipments, your mailing address. We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used.
To deliver the program you purchased, ship products you ordered, respond to your enquiries, and send updates about your program. If you opt in, we may also send occasional material about new offerings.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
We share information only with the service providers who help us operate — our payment processor, scheduling and email tools, and course platform — and only to the extent they need it. We do not sell or rent your data.
You can unsubscribe from any email at any time, and you may request a copy or deletion of the personal information we hold by contacting us.
